Pig 3 is Home and Tonsil Free!

Pig 3 did a lovely job getting his tonsils removed. What did he do? Well, he managed to pick up chicks, legally use drugs, get his tonsils and adenoids removed, eat popsicles, and pick up more chicks. Yes, it was a full day for a 3 year old by 9:30.

But the real news is he's fine, and in good shape and recovering. Also eating like a ...Pig.

What did the Ogre and I do in the waiting room? We worried. I worried over The Best of Interweave Knits. Which I highly recommend. Go, now, buy it or order it. It will help soothe what ails you. Really, it'll make you feel better.

The Ogre? While he worried he read How to Manage Humans and Train them to Fight Zombies. It's out of print. But if you ever see it at a used book store, you should totally pick it up.

I'll be keeping an eye out for the out of print zombie book. It will be good for fighting the bureaucracy at our (thankfully relatively far away) head office. ;)

I agree with the healing properties of The Best of Interweave Knits. Go forth and buy, everyone! (it is a good antidote, if nothing else, to the supreme lameness of the Knitting Daily e-mails.

Very glad to hear that Pig 3 escaped unscathed. Am heading for a big greasy luncheon with an old co-worker and will have deep fried ice cream for dessert in Pig3's honour. ;)

Yes, yes, support the Pig with ice cream. He was very happy you were eating for him! Also sort of confused that he didn't get any, but he is 3. I tried to explain, but Pig 1 just said "it's like when she talks about Buddha and peace." Then he just glazed over and stopped asking questions.

Fantastic. My son was three when he had that same surgery. He did not eat for a while. Has the stinky breath arrived yet?
