Me no Dragonmuffin

I call the kids monsters. Their Dad's an Ogre and I, well, am dwarfed by his sheer tallness, so of course they're monsters.

This also sprouts from the fact that my Mom called Cart and I monsters. She probably had good reason to. So I have never thought of it as a mean thing to call kids. My step Dad on the other hand, he called his girls Creeps. Growing up it was the Creeps and Monsters. I love it.

Owen and the other pigs know that no matter what they will always be my Little Monsters. One day the Ogre made a horrible mistake and called Owen a ragamuffin. This didn't sit well with Owee, he said "Me no Dragonmuffin."

All day yesterday to further the idea that he is in fact not a Dragonmuffin, he was prancing around the kitchen singing. "Oweeeee Mon-ster is a happy Zom-bieeeeee."

That is way easier to listen to than the ABC song.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates the ABC song. Hate. That. Song.

Stephen's fave right now is the hot dog song from preschool. Much easier to listen to.

DAVID BOWIE LYRICS

"Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps)"

She had an horror of rooms
she was tired
you can't hide beat
When I looked in her eyes they were blue but nobody home

She could've been a killer
if she didn't walk the way she do,
and she do
She opened strange doors
that we'd never close again

She began to wail jealousies scream
Waiting at the light know what I mean

[CHORUS (twice)]
Scary monsters, super creeps
Keep me running, running scared

She asked me to stay
and I stole her room
She asked for my love
and I gave her a dangerous mind
Now she's stupid in the street
and she can't socialise
Well I love the little girl
and I'll love her till the day she dies

She wails
Jimmy's guitar sound
jealousies scream
Waiting at the light know what I mean
